Quark Lit is powered by rechargeable Lithium-ion (Lit) Battery. Quark S+ is a plug and play version, which means you’d need a socket and power supply to get it going!
Quark is designed to be small and compact, but weighs 11 kg / 24 pounds and hence is pretty sturdy and doesn’t move easily. Its centering capacity is the same as its weight, so you would be able to easily throw up to 11 kg/24 pounds of clay on its 23 cm/ 9 inch aluminium wheel head.
Unfortunately, no! Which is why we offer Quark S+ and Quark Lit as two separate variants.
No, they will not. Each pedal can be paired to a single wheel. You can always unpair and connect it to another wheel, but each pedal-wheel is an independent pair and will not be affected by other pairs.
Quark’s input voltage and the plug type will change based on the country you’re ordering from.
You can power Quark Lit both ways. Quark Lit comes with a smart charger. You can use the smart charger to (a) Recharge your Lit Battery (b) Power your Quark Lit wheel by connecting it to a electric socket.

Quark’s noise level measures to 45 dB

Both Quark S+ and Quark Lit is powered by a 250 Watts motor. In horse power, that will translate to 1/3 hp. Please refer to Quark S+ and Quark Lit pages for more specs.
Yes. Quark’s wheel head is designed to hold a Giffin Grip in place. Simply remove your splash pan, and seal your Giffin Grip on top of the wheel and you’re good to go!

Power cord of Quark S+ is 2.4 meters in length.

Quark Lit wheel has a 1 metre long cable which can connect to the battery as well as the Smart Charger. Battery can be recharged with Smart Charger, whose cable is 0.5 metre long. Smart charger can also be used to run the wheel directly (instead of using the battery) with a 2.4 metre power cord. 

We provide 2 bats with the wheel. You can always order more bats later or download the Quark Bat template to make your own bats.

Yes. Quark S+, Quark Lit and Quark Pedal have a warranty period of 5 years. Lit Battery (which comes with Quark Lit) has a warranty period of 1 year. Additionally, all replacement parts will be made available at an affordable cost for 10 years.
